Sally is a lawyer with over 30 years of experience in labor and employment law, industrial relations, and human resource management.

Prior to her current practice, Sally served as a Senior Lecturer II at the University of the Philippines, School of Labor and Industrial Relations & Asian Institute of Tourism, where she taught industrial relations, labor standards, and human resource management. She has also designed and conducted various labor-related seminars and training programs on administrative investigations, employee discipline, and conflict management.
